ASSISTANCE FOR VICTIMS

We provide assistance to victims of human rights violations and abuses and civil society organizations representing victims to facilitate their access to:

​

  • Special Procedures of the U.N. Human Rights Council; 

  • Human rights treaty bodies;

  • U.N.-mandated investigative bodies; and

  • National and international courts and tribunals.

INTERNATIONAL ADVOCACY

We advocate on behalf of victims before the U.N. Human Rights Council and other international forums.

IMPLEMENTATION ASSISTANCE

We provide expertise to States and non-state actors to assist with the implementation of recommendations from treaty bodies, the universal periodic review, and other international human rights mechanisms.
